Our Story
Arrows for the Nation is an educational foundation focused on improving the quality of education for children in Papua, particularly those living in remote regions who face complex, multifactor challenges. These challenges include limited access due to geographical and economic barriers, a shortage of qualified teachers, security and healthcare issues, as well as difficult field conditions, among others.
We believe that every child in Papua’s interior regions deserves the opportunity to receive quality education, enabling them to attain the same standard as children in urban areas. Through quality education, they can develop the God-given potential within them. It is our hope that this nurtured potential will one day empower them to return and contribute to the development of their own communities.
In line with Christian education, Arrows for the Nation believes that faith and education must go hand in hand, forming the cornerstone of success for the children of Papua. Education serves as a vital pillar in preparing them to serve God and others in the future.
